Child Play Therapy
Play therapy is a structured, therapeutic approach that uses play as a child’s primary form of communication.
In play therapy, children can:
- Express feelings they don’t yet have words for
- Work through worries, fears, or confusing experiences
- Practice problem-solving and emotional regulation
- Build confidence and resilience
Play is not “just play”—it’s how children make sense of their world. I am trained to understand the messages in your child’s play. By entering their world I can recognize what they may be trying to express, by way of themes, patterns, images and symbols.
